basic stay with a couple of hiccups
occupied room poor breakfast buffet
the location worked fine. it was easy enough to get where i needed to go, so that part was acceptable
I got a room already occupied. i opened the door and someone was inside. It was pretty startling. also, the breakfast was just not worth the money. Very limited options and not particularly appealing. it was a bummer

I found the room spacious and clean, it had modern amenities. the staff were friendly and ready to help anytime i asked. the restaurant had delicious food, especially the breakfast buffet. It featured many options.
the bathroom drainage was a bit slow, the shower water flooded the floor..

The staff were attentive and helpful. They responded quickly to requests. everyone on the team was ready to assist with a smile with a positive atmosphere. manager sheamus offered great recommendations about places to visit.

the double room included usb sockets within the plugs. it was a nice modern touch. the room was very clean upon arrival. there was a lift, useful because of my luggage.

efficient staff clean room comfortable bed street facing loud noise poor breakfast
i thought the staff was wonderful. they were always efficient. the rooms felt very clean and it had comfortable beds. the wifi was very good.
my room faced the street, and it were too noisy. lots of people talked loudly right outside. breakfast wasn't so good also. i wish there were better soundproofing.

free parking easy walk handy restaurant
the hotel provided convenient free parking. i found the walk to the city center quite manageable (it took about fifteen minutes). the on-site restaurant proved to be a handy feature. i appreciated that it offered a meal option without needing to venture elsewhere.
the bathroom drainage was a little slow. it wasn't a major issue, but it did cause some water to pool during longer showers.

the staff were friendly and efficient. the room was clean and well laid out. the facilities in public areas were of a high standard.
there was a lot of traffic noise. alarms went off during the night. the noise affected sleep.
